Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for LaunchStencil purchases.

2. Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@launchstencil.com and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The relevant order ID, if available.

If your payment was processed by Paddle, you may also use the Paddle buyer support flow.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the refund is processed through Paddle.

5. Refund timing

The time for refunded funds to appear depends on the payment method and your bank or card provider.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
